摘 要:在使用新开发的6xxx系铝合金材料的过程中,常会遇到材料基础性能波动对模具开发产生各种影响的问题。材料供应商为了体现材料良好的性能,基本上会提供材料3个月时效的基础性能。但是由于现在车身制造计划的不确定性和试模时间调整的原因,材料使用时可能会超过3个月的时效,甚至会达到6个月的临界时效性能,材料性能会有一定的下降,但也在材料性能的波动范围内。由于进行数值模拟分析时,材料卡的唯一性,不能做到面面俱到,但是需要考虑材料使用过程中所有的情况。通过多次进行材料性能基础单拉测试和FLD测试,得到大量实验结果,同时在材料时效内的各个月的测试结果中,我们发现了一定的规律,并应用到AutoForm数值模拟运算中,用得到的模拟结果对现场的试验进行了一定的指导和调试。In the process of using the newly developed 6xxx series aluminum alloy materials, the problem that the fluctuation of the basic properties of the material has various effects on the die development has been often encountered. In order to reflect the good performance of the material, the material supplier will basically provide the basic performance of the material with 3-month aging. However, due to the uncertainty of the current car body manufacturing plan and the adjustment of the trial time, the material may be used for more than three months of aging. It is possible that the material is used for the critical aging performance of five or six months, and the material properties will have some certain decrease, but also within the fluctuation range of material properties. Due to the uniqueness of the material card when performing numerical simulation analysis, all the situations in the use of the material should be considered. A large number of experimental results have been obtained through multiple basic single-pull tests and FLD tests of material properties. At the same time, in the test results of each month within the material aging period, some certain rules have been found and applied to the Auto Form numerical simulation operation. The obtained simulation results provides some guidance and commissioning for the field test.
