习近平关于冰雪运动重要论述的时代内涵、现实依据与践行方略

摘　　要：采用文献资料法,对习近平关于冰雪运动重要论述进行梳理分析,从全民健身和健康中国建设、体育强国梦和中国梦、大国担当和民族自信等方面阐释其重要内涵,并深入剖析了习近平关于冰雪运动重要论述的现实依据。在此基础上,提出践行方略:以群众冰雪运动为根本,提升全民健康水平;以青少年冰雪运动为重点,筑牢竞技冰雪运动发展根基;以冰雪产业为动力,助推国民经济转型升级;以冰雪文化为内核,传播弘扬奥林匹克精神,弘扬中华体育精神。This paper mainly uses the literature method to sort out and analyze Xi Jinping’s important exposition on ice and snow sports,explains its important connotation from the aspects of national fitness and healthy construction of China,dream of sports power and China dream,responsibility of a great country and national confidence,and deeply analyzes the practical basis of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on ice and snow sports.On this basis,put forward the practice strategy:take mass snow and ice sports as the fundamental,improve the health level of the whole people;with youth ice and snow sports as the focus,to lay a solid foundation for the development of competitive ice and snow;with the ice and snow industry as the power to boost the transformation and upgrading of the national economy;with ice and snow culture as the core,we will spread and carry forward the Olympic spirit and the Chinese sports spirit.
