新时期输水管道工程水土保持方案编制特点分析

摘　　要：输水管道工程具有施工战线长、交叉建筑物多、扰动地表范围广、穿越工程施工工艺复杂等特点,以巢湖市长江供水工程为例,对输水管道工程水土保持方案编写中主体工程水土保持评价、表土保护与利用设计、水土保持措施设计、水土保持监测及管理等方面内容进行总结分析,以期对同类项目水土保持设计有所借鉴。The water pipeline project has the characteristics of long construction front,many crossing buildings,wide range of surface disturbance and complex construction technology.This paper take Chaohu Yangtze River water supply project as an example,the evaluation of soil and water conservation,design of topsoil protection and utilization,design of soil and water conservation measures,monitoring and management of soil and water conservation are summarized and analyzed,in order to provide reference for the similar project design.
