摘　　要：膝关节骨关节炎(KOA)是骨科临床常见病和多发病,严重影响患者的生活质量。针对膝关节骨关节炎的诊断及治疗,美国骨科医师协会(AAOS)、欧洲骨质疏松和骨关节炎临床经济学会(ESCEO)、德国科学医学协会(AWMF)、中华医学会、中国中医药研究促进会等组织根据大量文献的系统评价、循证医学证据分析,分别发布了相应指南。现对各国际组织发布的指南进行对比和解读,并结合我院实际情况进行论述,为膝关节骨关节炎的诊断及治疗提供参考。Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a common and frequently-occurring clinical disease in orthopaedics,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.For the diagnosis and treatment of the disease,the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS),the European Society for Clinical Economics of Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis (ESCEO),the German Association of Scienti?c Medicine (AWMF),the Chinese Medical Association,the China Research and Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other organizations have respectively issued corresponding guidelines based on the systematic evaluation of a large number of literature and the analysis of evidence-based medicine.This paper compares and interprets the guidelines issued by those international organizations,and discusses them in combination with the actual situation of our hospital,so as to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
