地肤子的临床应用及其用量探究

摘　　要：通过搜集古医籍及综合现代医家临床经验,总结出地肤子具有以下特点:1)临床汤剂用量为9~30 g,常用剂量为15~30 g,散剂中地肤子剂量为0.46~1.38 g。2)根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如清热利湿,疏风止痒治疗皮肤病(荨麻疹、变应性血管炎、特应性皮炎、糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症、湿疹、酒皶鼻)、凉燥证、五官科(慢性咳嗽、喉咳、喉源性咳嗽)、妇科病(多囊卵巢综合征、黄带),用量多为9~30 g;治疗远视者,散剂用量为1.38 g;利尿通淋治疗小儿急性肾炎,用量多为30 g,治疗小儿积热、小便不通,散剂用量为0.46 g。3)根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如清热利湿常配伍大黄、茯苓等;疏风止痒常配伍羌活、荆芥、蝉蜕、徐长卿、白鲜皮等;利尿通淋常配伍冬葵子、车前子等。By collecting the ancient medical books and synthesizing the clinical experience of modern doctors,it is concluded that belvedere fruit has the following characteristics:(1) Its clinical dosage range in decoctions is 9-30 g,and its usual dosage range is 15 ~ 30g,while in powders 0.46-1.38 g.(2) Its optimal dosage should be determined according to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For instance,when used for clearing heat and promoting diuresis,dispersing wind and relieving itching in the treatment of dermatosis (urticaria,allergic vasculitis,atopic dermatitis,diabetic pruritus,eczema,acne rosacea),cold-dryness syndrome,diseases in the otorhinolaryngology (chronic cough,throat cough,laryngeal cough),diseases in the gynecology (polycystic ovary syndrome,yellowish leukorrhea),its dosage range is mostly 9-30 g.Its dosage in powders is 1.38 g for treating hyperopia.For diuresis and freeing strangury in the treatment of acute nephritis in children,its dosage is mostly 30 g,and its dosage in powders is 0.46 g in the treatment of accumulated heat and urinary stoppage in children.(3) According to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms,belvedere fruit is compatible with corresponding traditional Chinese medicines.For example,for clearing heat and promoting diuresis,it is often combined with rhubarb root and rhizome,Indian bread,etc.For dispersing wind and relieving itching,it is often combined with incised notopterygium rhizome and root,fineleaf schizonepeta herb,cicada slough,paniculate swallowwort root,densefruit pittany root-bark,etc.For diuresis and freeing strangury,it is often combined with cluster mallow fruit,plantain seed,etc.
