竹茹的临床应用及用量探究

摘　　要：通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出竹茹具有以下特点:1)临床汤剂用量为2~60 g,常用剂量为6~30 g,丸剂剂量8 g,散剂剂量6 g。2)根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如清热化痰息风治疗神经系统疾病(中风、失眠、脑震荡后遗症、老年痴呆、眩晕症、高血压),为2~13 g,散剂6 g;清热解毒化痰治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病、发热、头痛,为10~30 g,丸剂为8 g;清胆降逆和胃治疗呃逆、呕吐、急性胆囊炎合并不完全性肠梗阻、糖尿病合并胃肠症状,为9~30 g;清化湿热治疗围绝经期综合征、汗出异常为10 g;清热解毒治疗痤疮、失眠、便秘为60 g。3)根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如清热化痰息风常配伍胆南星、石菖蒲、半夏等;清热解毒化痰常配伍鱼腥草、黄芩等;清胆降逆和胃常配伍龙胆草、栀子、陈皮;清化湿热常配伍半夏、柴胡;清热解毒常配伍金银花、蒲公英。By collecting the ancient medical books and clinical experience of modern doctors,it is concluded that bamboo shavings has the following characteristics:(1) Its clinical dosage range in decoctions is 2 ~ 60 g,and its usual dosage range is 6 ~ 30 g,while in pills 8 g,and in powders 6 g.(2) The best dosage of bamboo shavings should be determined according to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For example,when used for clearing heat,dissipating phlegm and calming endogenous wind to treat the nervous system diseases (stroke,insomnia,post-concussion sequelae,senile dementia,vertigo,hypertension,etc.),its dosage range is 2 ~ 13 g,while in powders 6 g.For clearing heat,detoxifying and dissipating phlegm to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,fever,headache,etc.,its dosage range is 10 ~ 30 g,while in pills 8 g.For purging gallbladder and harmonizing stomach to lower adverse qi in the treatment of hiccups,vomiting,acute cholecystitis combined with partial intestinal obstruction,diabetes mellitus combined with gastrointestinal symptoms,its dosage range is 9 ~ 30 g.For clearing heat and promoting diuresis to treat perimenopausal syndrome and abnormal sweating,its dosage is 10 g.For clearing heat and detoxifying in the treatment of acne,insomnia and constipation,its dosage is 60 g.(3) When treating different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms,bamboo shavings is compatible with corresponding traditional Chinese medicines.For instance,for clearing heat,dissipating phlegm and calming endogenous wind,it is often combined with bile arisaema,grassleaf sweetflag rhizome,pinellia tuber,etc.For clearing heat,detoxifying and dissipating phlegm,it is often combined with heartleaf houttuynia herb,baical skullcap root,etc.For purging gallbladder and harmonizing stomach to lower adverse qi,it is often combined with Chinese gentian,cape jasmine fruit,dried tangerine peel.For clearing heat and promoting diuresis,it is often combined with pinellia tuber and Chinese thorowax root.For clearing heat and detoxifying,it is
