摘　　要：目的 评价松龄血脉康胶囊治疗缺血性中风的疗效和安全性。方法 收集国内外5大数据库关于松龄血脉康胶囊治疗缺血性卒中的随机对照试验,进行系统评价和 Meta分析并运用GRADE评分系统对关键结局指标的证据质量和推荐等级进行分级。结果 松龄血脉康胶囊在改善神经功能、提高生存质量、改善血流动力学指标、调节血脂水平方面均优于对照组,不良反应发生率较低。结论 松龄血脉康胶囊在改善缺血性卒中患者的神经功能、生存质量、血流动力学指标和血脂水平方面有一定作用,且不良反应发生率较低。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Songling Xuemaikang Capsules in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods Randomized controlled trials of Songling Xuemaikang Capsules in the treatment of ischemic stroke were collected from 5 major databases at home and abroad,and a systematic evaluation and meta-analysis were conducted,with the evidence quality and recommendation level of key outcome indicators graded by the GRADE system.Results Songling Xuemaikang Capsules was superior to the control group in improving the neurological function,the quality of life,the hemodynamic indexes and regulating the blood lipid level,with a lower incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion Songling Xuemaikang Capsules has a certain effect in improving the neurological function,quality of life,hemodynamic index and blood lipid level of patients with ischemic stroke,with a lower incidence of adverse reactions.
