温阳通脉汤治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效及对患者活动耐力、氧化应激指标、cTnⅠ与BNP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨温阳通脉汤对慢性心力衰竭的治疗效果及对患者活动耐力、氧化应激指标、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)与B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法 选取126例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,各63例。对照组只进行常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上使用温阳通脉汤辅助治疗。对比2组的疗效,观察患者活动耐力,氧化应激指标,cTnI及BNP水平的变化。结果 研究组临床疗效总有效率(88.9%,56/63)高于对照组(69.8%,44/63)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组6MWD评分均高于治疗前,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组SOD和TAC水平均明显高于治疗前,MDA和LPO水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);研究组SOD和TAC水平显著高于对照组,MDA和LPO水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组cTnI和BNP均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 温阳通脉汤治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效明显,能有效提高患者的活动耐力,抑制氧化应激反应,降低cTnI和BNP水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wenyang Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF) and its effect on the patients’ activity endurance,oxidative stress indexes,levels of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and B-type brain natriuretic peptide (BNP).Methods A total of 126 patients with chronic heart failure were selected and divided into a study group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 63 cases in each.The control group only received a conventional treatment,while the study group was given Wenyang Tongmai Decoction as an adjuvant treatment on the basis of that.The curative effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes in the patients’ activity endurance,oxidative stress indexes,cTnI and BNP levels were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group (88.9%,56/63) was higher than that in the control group (69.8%,44/63) (P<0.05).After treatment,the 6MWD scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SOD and TAC in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,while the levels of MDA and LPO were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SOD and TAC in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the levels of MDA and LPO were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cTnI and BNP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Tongmai Decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure,which can effectively improve the patients’ activity endurance,inhibit the oxidative stress,and reduce the levels of cTnI and BNP.
