摘  要:新冠肺炎疫情促使社会各界对医务工作者、医学、医学教育、中医药空前关注。当前面临的问题与挑战:一是传统的中医院校教学存在理论目标于实践目标分离,中医药特色教育未得到充分发挥;二是伴随党的十九大对“实施健康中国战略”的提出,新形势下,要求中医院校培养出适应临床要求和当今社会发展需要的复合型中医临床人才。《中医内科学》是中医高等院校中一门重要的主干课程,现阶段由于中医理论与临床实践教学的生态系统失衡,影响了教学效能。本研究开创性的提出了目标、关系、环境和信息四大教学生态系统,将教育生态学和《中医内科学》有机结合,同时切入“递进式、三融通”的六步法教学模式,努力打造“理、虚、实、考”四位一体的中医内科学“金课”,探索桥梁课—《中医内科学》精品课程的新模式,为国家培养更优秀的中医临床人才。The COVID-19 epidemic has prompted the public to pay an unprecedented attention to medical workers,medicine,medical education,and traditional Chinese medicine.The current problems and challenges faced by the colleges and universities of Chinese medicine are as follows:First,their theoretical goals are separated from the practical ones in the teaching practice,and the characteristic education of traditional Chinese medicine has not been given full play.Second,with the proposal of “Implementing a Healthy China Strategy” by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC),TCM colleges and universities are required to cultivate compound TCM clinical talents who can meet the clinical requirements and the needs of today’s social development under the new situation.Though as an important backbone course in TCM colleges and universities,the present teaching efficiency of Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine is affected due to the imbalanced ecological system of TCM theory and clinical practice teaching.This study creatively proposes the four major teaching ecosystems of objective,relationship,environment and information,organically integrating Educational Ecology and Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine.In the meantime,the progressive and integrated six-step teaching model is introduced into the new system,striving to create a high-quality course in a bid to cultivate more outstanding TCM clinical talents for the nation.
