摘　　要：病毒性心肌炎通常是由病毒感染引起的炎症性心肌病,其发病率一直呈上升趋势。近年来临床上应用中药治疗病毒性心肌炎取得了很好的疗效。许多学者采用体内外病毒性心肌炎动物模型对中药治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效和作用机制进行了深入的研究。通过对这些研究结果的梳理,基本可以明确中药能通过调节免疫、抑制心肌纤维化、抗凋亡等多途径、多靶点、多效应来抑制病毒性心肌炎的发生、发展。Viral myocarditis is an inflammatory cardiomyopathy usually caused by viral infection,and its incidence has been on the rise.In recent years,the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease has achieved remarkable effects.Many scholars conduct in-depth research on the efficacy and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in its treatment using animal models of viral myocarditis in vitro and in vitro.By combing these research results,it is basically clear that traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit the occurrence and development of viral myocarditis through multiple pathways,multiple targets and multiple effects such as regulating immunity,inhibiting myocardial fibrosis and anti-apoptosis.
