晏阳初平民教育思想对现代乡村教育的启示

摘　　要：晏阳初是我国著名的教育家,他的平民教育思想和乡村建设改造实验在结合中国的实际情况基础上,借鉴西方的科学理念,对当时中国农村社会产生了深远影响。晏阳初平民教育思想以文艺教育、生计教育、卫生教育、公民教育为四大教育内容,以学校式教育、家庭式教育、社会式教育为三大教育方式,以“化农民”和“农民化”为教育目的和途径,对目前我国根据现实条件构建符合中国实际的乡村教育,建设专业人才队伍发展乡村职业教育,秉持“以人为本”理念重视乡村道德教育具有积极的启示作用。Yan Yangchu is a well-known educator in China. His thoughts of civilian education and rural construction and transformation experiments, which were based on the actual situation in China and borrowed some Western scientific concepts, had a profound impact on China’s rural society at that time. He took literature and art education, livelihood education, health education and civic education as the four major educational contents and school education, family education, and social education as the three main education methods. In order to achieve the purpose of educating farmers, he proposed the method of turning experts into farmers. His civilian education thoughts have positive inspirational effect on the construction of rural education in China according to the actual conditions, the training of professional talent teams to develop rural vocational education, and the emphasis on rural moral education with the “people-oriented” concept.
