摘　　要：构建中国特色的公安学既是传统公安学学科建设发展的必然,也是我国公安事业和公安高等教育在新时代创新发展的迫切需要。公安学的学科体系建设要增强学科自觉意识,形成学科理论体系框架,培育公安学研究共同体;学术体系建设要注重基础理论研究,努力形成公安学的中国气派,强化学术体系的主体性和原创性,以问题研究实现学术创新;话语体系的构建应立足中国特色公安学的理论与公安工作的实践,深刻反映我国民族传统文化、现实国情以及社会发展趋势等,提升话语权和话语影响力,以此推进中国特色公安学走向独立、创新、开放与融通。Constructing the public security science with Chinese characteristics is not only the necessity of the construction and development of the traditional police science discipline,but also the urgent need of the innovative development of China’s public security cause and police higher education in the new era.The construction of the discipline system should strengthen the consciousness of discipline,form the framework of the discipline theory system,and cultivate the research community of police science;The construction of academic system should pay attention to basic theoretical research,strive to form the Chinese style,strengthen the subjectivity and originality of the academic system,and realize academic innovation by problem research;The construction of the discourse system should be based on the theory of police science with Chinese characteristics and the practice of public security work,deeply reflect China’s national traditional culture,realistic national conditions and social development trends,and enhance the discourse power and influence,so as to promote the independence,innovation,openness and integration of public security science with Chinese characteristics.
