摘 要:文中结合海绵城市建设中雨水利用现状,以长沙雨水交易案例为引入点,通过分析雨水收集回用系统技术的可行性,阐明了水权交易和绿色金融等生态价值市场化的实践路径。通过剖析雨水资源回用场景,解析了雨水交易的综合效益,并给出了雨水资源生态价值市场化发展的建议,对推动雨水资源生态价值的市场化实践有重要的借鉴意义。Combined with the current situation of rainwater utilization in the construction of sponge city, taking the case of Changsha rainwater transaction as the introduction point, this paper analyzed the technical feasibility of rainwater collection and reuse system, and expounds the marketing practical path of ecological value such as water right transaction and green finance. By analyzing the scenario of rainwater resource reuse, this paper analyzed the comprehensive benefits of rainwater trading, and gave some suggestions on the market-oriented development of rainwater resource ecological value, which had important reference significance for promoting the market-oriented practice of rainwater resource ecological value.
