摘 要:微纳米气泡具有净化污水的作用,但其作用机制尚未完全阐明。研究利用宏基因组学方法分析了微纳米气泡在池塘水处理过程中对微生物群落的生物学效应。研究发现,在门水平上,同为革兰氏染色阴性菌的蓝藻和变形菌的相对丰度均显著降低,而作为革兰氏阳性菌的放线菌的相对丰度有着较高的提升;此外,微纳米气泡处理可以调节运货受体活性基因、营养库活性基因的活性、ABC转运器、双组分系统和嘌呤代谢等代谢通路。结果表明,调节水体微生态可能是微纳米气泡在水处理中的潜在作用机制,为理解微纳米气泡效应的机制提供了新的视角。Previous studies have shown that micro-nano bubbles can purify the sewage, but the mechanism has not been fully clarified. In this study, metagenomics were used to analyze the biological effect of micro-nano bubbles on microbial communities after pond water treatment. Results showed that at the phylum level, the relative abundance of Cyanobacteria and Proteobacteria(both are gram stain-negative bacteria) was significantly reduced, while the relative abundance of Actinobacteria(gram-positive bacteria) was significantly improved. Furthermore, micro-nano bubble processing could modulate the activity of cargo receptor and nutrient reservoir as well as metabolic pathways such as ABC transporters, two-component systems, and purine metabolism. This study showed that changes in the structure and function of water microbial communities may be a potential mechanism for micro-nano bubbles in water treatment, providing new insight into understanding the mechanisms of micro-nano bubble effects.
