摘 要:文章以城镇供水监测实验室中的气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)为研究对象,对试验准备、试验前处理、仪器运行和关机维护4个阶段的危险源进行识别,应用LEC综合评价法对GC-MS的危险源进行评价定量评价,得出GC-MS在试验4个阶段的危险性D值。并针对GC-MS在不同试验阶段存在的安全隐患提出了相应的整改措施,以降低发生危险事故的可能性,保障仪器设备高效安全地运行,为城镇供水安全保障提供科学准确的数据支撑。In this study, the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS) in the urban water supply monitoring laboratory was taken as the research object, and the hazards in four stages of experimental preparation, experiment pre-treatment, instrument operation and shutdown maintenance were identified, and the LEC comprehensive evaluation method was applied to carry out evaluation quantitative evaluation on the hazard of GC-MS. The risk D value of GC-MS in the four stages of the experiment was obtained. Corresponding rectification measures were put forward to reduce the possibility of dangerous accidents, to ensure the efficient and safe operation of instruments and equipment, and provided scientific and accurate data support for the safety of urban water supply.
