摘 要:浙江省现代化水厂评审标准规定出厂水浑浊度≤0.10 NTU,为保证水质优质稳定,水厂应建立严格的内控指标。沉淀池和滤池决定了后续流程的出水水质,因此,应合理设置沉淀池出水浑浊度的内控指标及调整滤池参数。文章通过混凝搅拌试验和生产性试验,系统地研究了不同原水水质条件下,沉淀池出水浑浊度的合理范围。试验结果表明:沉淀池出水浑浊度应随原水浑浊度变化精细化调整,如:原水浑浊度<1.00 NTU时,沉淀池出水浑浊度<0.20 NTU;原水浑浊度为1.00~5.00 NTU时,沉淀池出水浑浊度为0.30~0.50 NTU。同时,滤池运行时间可由24 h提高至52 h,降低反冲洗频率。通过实际生产发现该指标可节省药剂10%,滤池利用率提高8%~35%。The evaluation standard of modern water treatment plant stipulates that the turbidity of finished water is ≤0.10 NTU. In order to ensure the stability of water quality, the water treatment plant(WTP) may establish more strict internal control indices. The sedimentation tank and filter determine the treated water quality of the subsequent process. Therefore, the turbidity internal control index of outflow of sedimentation tank and filter parameters should be reasonably set. In this paper, through coagulation jar test and production test, the reasonable range of turbidity of sedimentation tank outflow under different raw water quality conditions was systematically studied. The test results showed that the outflow turbidity of sedimentation tank should be finely adjusted with the change of raw water turbidity, when the raw water turbidity was less than 1.00 NTU, the outflow turbidity of sedimentation tank was less than 0.20 NTU;When the turbidity of raw water was 1.00~5.00 NTU, the turbidity of outflow water of sedimentation tank was 0.30~0.50 NTU. At the same time, the operation time of the filter was increased from 24 h to 52 h, and the backwashing frequency was reduced. Through actual production, it was found that this turbidity index could save alum consumption by 10% and improve the utilization rate of filter by 8%~35%.
