摘　　要：船舶制造业作为广东传统海洋优势产业,在“海洋强国”、“双碳”、“后疫情时代”的新背景下,迎来了新的机遇和挑战。本文运用PEST分析方法,对广东船舶制造业的政治、经济、社会、技术环境进行分析,结合新形势下广东造船业发展特点,提出广东船舶制造业转型升级路径,以期为广东船舶制造业的高质量发展决策提供参考。Shipbuilding industry is a traditional marine industry with advantages in Guangdong province.It is facing new opportunities and challenges under the new background of"Maritime Power Strategy","Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals"and"Post-epidemic Era".In this paper,PEST method is used to analyze the political,economic,social and technical environment of Guangdong shipbuilding industry.Combined with the development characteristics of Guangdong shipbuilding industry under the new situation,the transformation and upgrading path of Guangdong shipbuilding industry is put forward,providing a reference for the high-quality development decision of Guangdong shipbuilding industry.
