摘 要:为了及时发现管道上的盗孔,保证管道运行安全,开展了管道盗孔检测技术的专项研究。通过分析传统漏磁检测原理和管道盗孔的结构特征,确定了采用局部磁化的微励磁方式进行管道盗孔专项检测的技术路线,并通过有限元分析验证了该方法的可行性。根据检测原理,制作了局部微励磁检测探头,并开展了基于板状试样的盗孔检测能力测试,验证了该原理的可行性。借鉴常规内检测器的机械结构,组装了一台Ф529 mm局部微励磁盗孔内检测设备,并通过牵拉试验验证了设备的检测能力。应用该检测设备对某原油管线进行了实际检测,并对检测数据进行分析,发现了两处疑似盗孔。通过对两处疑似特征进行开挖,确认为两处盗油支管。可见,本文提出的管道局部微励磁盗孔专项检测技术能够有效地完成管道上盗孔的检测,该技术应用前景广泛。In order to find the oil stealing hole in the pipe in time and ensure the safety of the pipe operation, a special study of the detection technology of the pipe stealing hole was carried out.By analyzing the traditional principle of leakage detection and the structural characteristics of pipe stealing holes, the technical route of special detection of pipe stealing holes by locally magnetized micro-excitation method was determined, and the feasibility of this method was verified by finite element analysis.According to the detection principle, a local micro-excitation detection probe was fabricated, and a test of the detection ability of the hole was carried out based on the plate sample, which verified the feasibility of the principle.With reference to the mechanical structure of the conventional internal detector, a detection device of Ф529 mm local micro-excitation hole was assembled, and the detection ability of the equipment was verified by the pull test.The equipment was used actually to test a crude oil pipeline, and the test data were analyzed.Two suspected holes were found.By excavating the two suspected features, it is confirmed that they are two oil stealing branch pipes.It can be seen that the special detection technology of local micro-excitation stealing hole in pipeline proposed can effectively complete the detection of stealing hole in pipeline, and the application prospect of this technology is wide.
