摘 要:由于气田来料及环境差异较大,而这些工况波动极易造成工艺参数无法达到最优状态、设备运行能耗增加等。依据现有的天然气脱碳循环装置,建立Aspen HYSYS动态模型进行响应特性研究,探究工况突变下单一因素及因素间交互作用,分析关键影响因素。研究结果表明:单一因素突变工况中,各关键参数均可较快回稳。但是由于贫液入塔流量固定,无法对工况突变做出自动响应。同时,进气压力发生突变时,吸收塔塔顶压力及塔釜液位会出现过度调节。因此以吸收塔塔釜液位波动幅度为目标响应值,借助响应面分析法对非单一因素突变工况进行动态响应模拟研究及优化改进,发现新控制方案下,各参数总体波动幅度降低了15%~40%,响应时间缩短了10%~20%。Due to the large differences in the incoming materials and environment of the gas field,the fluctuation of these working conditions is easy to cause the problems that the process parameters cannot reach the optimal state and the energy consumption of the equipment increases.Based on the existing natural gas decarburization cycle device,the Aspen HYSYS dynamic model is established to study the single factors and the interactions between factors under the mutation of working conditions,and to analyze the key influencing factors.The results show that in the case of single factor mutation,the key parameters are quickly stabilized.However,due to the fixed flow rate of lean liquid into the tower,it is unable to make automatic response to the sudden change of working conditions.At the same time,when the inlet pressure changes suddenly,the top pressure of the absorption tower and the level of the tower kettle are over-regulated.Therefore,taking the liquid level fluctuation amplitude of absorber tower kettle as the target response value,the dynamic response simulation research and optimization improvement of non-single factor mutation condition are carried out by the response surface analysis method.The results show that under the new control scheme,the overall fluctuation amplitude of each parameter is reduced by 15%—40%,and the response time is shortened by 10%—20%.
