摘 要:为了明确高压下散堆填料吸收塔内有效传质面积随不同因素的变化规律及影响程度,利用实验室θ环散堆填料塔实验装置,采用添加丙三醇的低浓度NaOH溶液吸收CO_(2)进行有效传质面积测定实验,并对各因素进行敏感性分析。研究表明:1 MPa为有效传质面积从骤增到平缓增加的分界点压力;吸收温度对有效传质面积的影响幅度较小,呈现先增大后减小的趋势;随着气体流量、溶液流量以及溶液黏度的增大,有效传质面积呈现近似线性增加的趋势;有效传质面积对各因素的敏感性由大到小顺序为溶液黏度、溶液流量、吸收压力、气体流量、吸收温度。In order to clarify the change regularities of effective mass transfer area and influence degree with different factors in random packing absorption tower under high pressure,the experiment of CO_(2)absorption by low-concentration NaOH solution was carried out in theθring random packing tower to get effective mass transfer area and the sensitivity of each factor.The results show that 1 MPa is the cut-off pressure of effective mass transfer area from sudden increase to gentle increase;the effect of absorption temperature on the effective mass transfer area is small,which first increases and then decreases;the effective mass transfer area increases linearly with the increase of gas flow rate,liquid flow rate and solution viscosity;the sensitivity of effective mass transfer area to various factors from large to small is solution viscosity,liquid flow rate,absorption pressure,gas flow rate and absorption temperature.
