摘 要:在分析国内航空重力测量的不间断供电系统现状的基础上,针对常规的微功耗电压检测电路的电压范围小、工作不稳定的问题,文中提出一种基于运算放大器和大功率场效应管相结合的新型电池过放电保护电路。选用小偏置电流的运算放大器LT1495作为比较器,将低漏源导通电阻的大功率的场效应管IXTN210P10T作为开关,搭建一种电池过放电的检查保护电路。同时,对电路的电池电压采样电路、参考电压生成电路、微功耗电池过放电切断负载电路等三部分进行详细电压和特性分析。电路分析结果表明,相比于常规检测保护电路,文中系统更能满足航空重力测量的供电宽电压范围和电池过放电的保护需求,自动切换电池与负载的连接可延长电池寿命,且大功率微功耗设计能提高测量系统的安全性和稳定性。On the basis of the status quo analysis of uninterruptible power supply system for airborne gravity measurement in China,a new battery over discharge protection circuit based on the combination of operational amplifier and high power field effect transistor(FET) is proposed to solve the problems of the small voltage range and unstable operation of conventional voltage detection circuit with micro-power consumption. The operational amplifier LT1495 with small bias current is used as the comparator,and the high-power FET IXTN210P10T with low drain source on resistance is used as the switch to build the battery over discharge inspection and protection circuit. The voltage and characteristics of the battery voltage sampling circuit,reference voltage generation circuit and micro-power consumption battery over discharge cut-off load circuit are analyzed in detail. The results of circuit analysis show that,in comparison with the conventional detection and protection circuit,the system can better meet the requirements of the wide voltage range of power supply and battery over discharge protection for airborne gravity measurement. The automatic switching of the connection between the battery and the load can prolong the battery life,and the design of high-power and micro-power consumption can improve the safety and stability of the measurement system.
