摘　　要：通过对疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)的分组路径梳理与分析,探讨在DRG支付体系下,病案首页编码在编码客观性、权重费用相适、诊断手术编码原则3个方面的质控重点,并对首页编码在重症医学、先期分组和院内转科上的质控难点进行分析,提出病案首页编码质控的相应对策,以促进病案编码质量的持续改进、病例分组质量渐进式提高。Through analyzing the grouping path of Diagnosis-Related Groups(DRG),it discusses the key points of quality control of the medical record home page in three aspects under the DRG payment system,including the objectivity of coding,the compatibility of weight and cost,the coding principles for diagnosis and surgery.In addition,the difficulties of quality control of the medical record home page in intensive medical,early grouping,and hospital transfer were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were provided for the quality control of the medical record home page,to promote the continuous improvement of coding quality and get the gradual improvement of case grouping quality.
