摘　　要：分析医用耗材采购关键环节存在的廉政风险,梳理廉洁从业、内部控制、医用耗材管理相关制度要求。结合医院业务实践,提出通过细化权力运行流程,层层压实管理责任,设置廉政风险防控的三道防线。进一步探讨耗材采购后的监管关键节点,以闭环管理思路,应用智慧化数据管理工具,对耗材使用情况进行监控,反推耗材采购过程中可能出现的问题,持续优化医用耗材采购中的廉政风险防控办法。It analyzed the risk of against corruption in the key links of medical consumables procurement and combs the relevant system requirements against corruption,internal control,and medical consumables management.With the hospital business practice,it is proposed to set up three lines of defense for the risk of against corruption prevention and control by refining the power operation process and compacting the management responsibility at all levels.Further,it explored the key points of supervision after the procurement of consumables and proposed the idea of closed-loop management.Based on intelligent data management tools to monitor the use of consumables,it can find potential problems in the procurement process of consumables,and then continuously optimize the risk of against corruption prevention and control methods in the procurement of medical consumables.
