摘　　要：医学生只有具备良好的职业素养,才能顺利地从医学生过渡到医务人员,投身于卫生健康事业。常态化疫情防控对医学生职业素养的培育提出了挑战,要求医学生有更高的职业情怀、更强的心理素质、过硬的综合能力,同时也提供了机遇,国家、社会和个人层面都有助于职业素养的培育。文章探讨了医学生职业素养培育的路径,提出了弘扬抗疫精神、融入社会活动、投身抗疫实践的建议。Medical students with good professional quality can smoothly transition from medical students to medical staff and devote themselves to the national health cause.The normalization of epidemic prevention and control poses a challenge to the cultivation of medical students’professional quality,which requires medical students to have higher professional feelings,stronger psychological quality and excellent comprehensive ability.At the same time,it also provides opportunities.The national,social and personal levels are conducive to the cultivation of professional quality.It explores the path of cultivating medical students’professional quality,and puts forward the suggestions on carrying forward the anti-epidemic spirit,integrating into social activities and participating in the practice of anti-epidemic.
