学生领学实践的思政协同效应研究——基于大学数学类课程领学实践的思考

摘　　要：思想政治教育要关注影响学生成长的各种环境因素,在满足学生成长发展需求的同时,学校的所有课程和育人环境都要守好一段渠,种好责任田,使之与思政课程同向同行,形成协同效应。在大思政格局和协同育人背景下,从同向同行看大连大学领学计划与实践,发掘其中的知识传授、能力培养与价值塑造,在大学数学类课程的领学实践中,找准协同育人角度和路径,整合学校教师和学生等一切可利用的资源,从目标一致,关系协调,功能互补三方面,研究指导教师、领学学生、领学内容与思政的协同,共同推进三全育人的落实落细。Against the backdrop of comprehensive ideological and political education and synergistic cultivation,the Student-Led Study Plan of Dalian University is reviewed in terms of its synergistic effect on ideological and moral cultivation,and the multiple functions of knowledge instruction,ability training,and moral cultivation under the framework of the Plan are fully explored,so that a proper approach may be identified and all the available resources of the teachers and the students may be integrated in order to jointly promote the implementation of the principles of Three All,that is,all teachers should be responsible for the ideological and moral cultivation,such cultivation should be implemented through all the courses and all-round cultivation is the desirable approach.
