摘 要:目的 优化土茯苓七味汤的提取工艺。方法 以乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间为自变量,以落新妇苷含量和干膏得率的总评归一值为因变量,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优选土茯苓七味汤的提取工艺,并进行验证。结果 最佳提取工艺为加8倍量60%乙醇,提取3次,每次90 min。实测总评归一值为0.938 4,与预测值0.955 3的相对偏差为1.76%(n=3)。结论 Box-Behnken响应面法优选的提取工艺稳定、可靠,可为土茯苓七味汤的提取提供参考。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Tufuling Qiwei Decoction.MethodsThe Box-Behnken designresponse surface methodology (BBD-RSM) was used to optimize the extraction process of Tufuling Qiwei Decoction with the volume fraction of ethanol,the amount of ethanol and the extraction time as the independent variables,and with the overall desirability (OD) of astilbin content and dry extract yield as the dependent variable.Then the verification test was conducted.ResultsThe optimal extraction process was as follows:adding eight times the amount of 60%ethanol,and extracting three times with each time of 90 min.The measured OD was 0.938 4,and the relative deviation of that to the predicted OD 0.955 3 was1.76%(n=3).ConclusionThe extraction process optimized by the BBD-RSM is stable and reliable,which can provide a reference for the extraction of Tufuling Qiwei Decoction.
