摘　　要：目的 探讨筋舒胶囊治疗慢性软组织损伤的临床疗效和安全性。方法 选取医院2019年10月至2021年9月收治的慢性软组织损伤患者120例,依据治疗方法的不同随机分为对照组(给予草乌甲素片治疗)和试验组(给予筋舒胶囊治疗),各60例,均治疗10 d。结果 试验组治疗10 d后的疼痛分级指数(PRI)、现有疼痛强度(PPI)评分均显著低于对照组(Z=-5.215,-3.962,P<0.05);治疗结束后30 d的PRI、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、PPI评分均显著低于对照组(Z=-6.564,-2.013,-4.888,P<0.05)。试验组与对照组患者治疗总有效率相当(93.33%比90.00%,χ^(2)=-0.863,P>0.05)。两组患者均未发生不良事件。结论 筋舒胶囊可有效改善慢性软组织损伤患者的临床症状,止痛效果明显,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jinshu Capsules in the treatment of chronic soft tissue injury.MethodsA total of 120 patients with chronic soft tissue injury admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to September 2021were selected and randomly divided into the control group (treated with Bulleyaconitine A Tablets) and the test group (treated with Jinshu Capsules)according to the different treatment methods,with 60 patients in each group.Both groups were treated for 10 d.ResultsThe scores of pain rating index (PRI) and present pain intensity (PPI) in the test group after 10 d of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (Z=-5.215,-3.962,P<0.05).The scores of PRI,visual analogue scale(VAS) and PPI in the test group after 30 d of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (Z=-6.564,-2.013,-4.888,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the test group was similar to that in the control group (93.33%vs.90.00%,χ^(2)=-0.863,P>0.05).No adverse events occurred in the two groups.ConclusionJinshu Capsules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic soft tissue injury,with obvious analgesic effect and good safety.
