摘 要:目前,各地陆续出台了新的恶臭污染物排放标准,对氨气治理提出了更高的要求.为解决氨气的高效净化问题,探究离子交换纤维材料RPFC-I与廉价易得的草酸再生液组合应用去除氨气的效果,研究了纤维含液率、草酸溶液浓度、氨气浓度等因素的影响,并进行了循环使用性能测试及中试试验.结果表明:RPFC-I纤维与草酸再生液的组合工艺对气体中的氨气具有优异的去除效果,2.0 g纤维+3.0 g 0.4 mol/L二水合草酸溶液(即纤维含液率60%)在进气流量2.0 L/min的条件下,可以使进口氨气质量浓度为1000 mg/m^(3),出口氨气浓度保持34 min未检出.且纤维循环使用后性能无明显变化.中试试验在风量500 m^(3)/h、设备进口氨气质量浓度100~500 mg/m^(3)的条件下进行,经草酸与RPFC-I型离子交换纤维组合处理后,设备出口氨气达到“近零排放”.At present,new emission standards for odorous pollutants have been issued in various places,which puts forward higher requirements for ammonia gas treatment. In order to solve the problem of efficient purification of ammonia gas,this paper explores the effect of ion-exchange fiber material RPFC-I combined with cheap and readily available oxalic acid regeneration solution on the removal of ammonia gas. The impact of factors such as fiber liquid content,oxalic acid solution concentration,and ammonia gas concentration are studied. The cycle performance test and the pilot test are carried out. The results show that the combined process of RPFC-I fiber and oxalic acid regeneration solution has excellent removal effect on ammonia in the gas. Under the condition of 2.0 L/min inlet air flow rate,the inlet concentration can be 1000 mg/m^(3) ammonia gas,and the outlet maintains 34 min without detecting ammonia. And the performance of the fiber has no obvious change after recycling. In the pilot test,when the air volume is 500 m^(3)/h and the ammonia concentration at the equipment inlet is 100-500 mg/m^(3),the ammonia at the equipment outlet reaches“near-zero emission”.
