摘　　要：通过对河北省25家农业对外投资典型企业进行历时5年的跟踪调查,以调研数据为基础,对河北省农业企业对外投资的规模、区域、企业特征进行了深入分析,并据此提出了河北省农业“走出去”企业面临的主要问题,最后分别从企业和政府层面提出了有针对性的对策建议,以期为河北省农业“走出去”提供理论指导。Through five years’follow-up investigation of 25 typical agricultural enterprises in Hebei Province which have investment abroad,this paper analyzes the investment scale,the investment region and the characteristics of enterprises based on the investigation data,points out main problems faced by the enterprises in“go global”,and puts forward targeted suggestions from the enterprise and the government level,aiming to provide certain reference for agricultural enterprises to improve their investment and business abroad.
