摘 要:目的探讨以PBL为基础,联合情境模拟案例教学模式应用于提升新入职护士肿瘤照护核心能力的培养效果。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月江苏省南通市肿瘤医院N0-N1层级的护士100名为研究对象。按照基本资料匹配原则分为对照组和观察组,每组50名。对照组采用传统教学方法和模式,观察组采用基于PBL的情境模拟案例教学模式即PBL联合CBL教学法。规范化培训结束后比较两组护士临床思维评判能力、临床实践技能考核成绩,并且进行教学效果总体评价。结果观察组的护士临床实践技能整体成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的评判性思维能力总得分、分析能力得分、寻找真相能力得分、系统化能力得分以及评判性思维自信心、求知欲以及认知成熟度等各项得分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士对教学效果的评价得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PBL的情境模拟案例教学模式可有效提高新入职护士肿瘤照护核心能力,夯实临床实践技能、有助于形成临床评判性思维能力,提高临床护理教学质量。Objective To explore the training effect of PBL combined with situational simulation case teaching model on improving the core competence of tumor care of new nurses.Methods 100 nurses of N0-N1 level in Nantong Cancer Hospital of Jiangsu Province from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the basic data matching principle,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method and model,the observation group adopted the situation simulation case teaching model based on PBL,which is PBL combined with CBL teaching method.After the standardized training,the clinical thinking evaluation ability and clinical practice skills of the two groups of nurses were compared,and the overall teaching eff ect was evaluated.Results The clinical practice skills of nurses in the observation group were better than the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The total score of critical thinking ability,analysis ability,truth seeking ability,systematization ability,critical thinking confi dence,curiosity and cognitive maturity of nurses in the observation group were better than the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The evaluation score of nurses in the observation group was higher than the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The situation simulation case teaching model based on PBL could effectively improve the core competence of tumor care of new nurses,consolidate clinical practice skills,help to form clinical critical thinking ability,and improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
