摘　　要：2020年学界关于方志学的研究,成果斐然,主要分为方志基础理论研究、方志编纂工作、方志事业管理研究、方志史与方志学史、志书研究与评价、志书整理与利用、方志人物研究、地方年鉴研究八个方面。通过梳理这些成果,发现目前研究依然存在诸多问题,表现为:研究模式走向僵化并缺乏深度,区域化研究特征明显,对新旧方志关注不均衡,研究存在重“修”轻“用”的问题等。为了促进方志学科建设与方志事业发展,需要加强人才培养,并不断借鉴其他学科成熟的理论体系,做好三轮修志的事业谋划,构建有时代特色的方志学科体系、方志学术体系以及方志话语体系。The academic research on Local Chronicles Study has achieved remarkable results in 2020 in terms of eight aspects:the basic theory study of local chronicles,the compilation of local chronicles,the cause management research of local chronicles,the history of local chronicles and the history of Local Chronicles Study,the research and evaluation of local chronicles,the collation and utilization of local chronicles,the study of local chronicles figures,and the study of local yearbooks.By sorting out these achievements,it is found that there are still many problems in the current research:first,rigid research model and lack of depth;second,prominent tendency for regional research;third,unbalanced attention to the new and old local chronicles;fourth,putting compilation above utilization in research.Therefore,in order to promote the construction of local chronicles and the development of the undertaking,it is necessary to strengthen the training of talent,constantly learn from the mature theoretical systems of other disciplines,do a good job in the planning of the third round of compilation of local chronicles,and build a local chronicles discipline system,local chronicles academic system and local chronicles discourse system with the characteristics of the times.
