摘 要:在分析新冠疫情下应急物流系统特征的基础上,构建了新冠肺炎疫情下的应急物流系统评价指标体系,利用DEMATEL-ANP模型,采用DEMATEL法确立指标间的综合影响关系,绘制因果关系图,采用ANP法确立不同维度指标的综合权重,筛选出关键指标因素,研究发现:物资筹措能力、快速生产应急物资、政府协调控制、绿色通道机制和人力组织调配是应急物流系统评价的五类关键指标要素,需要进行重点关注。In this paper, we analyzed the characteristics of the emergency logistics system under the impact of the COVID-19Pandemic. On such basis, we constructed the evaluation index system of the emergency logistics system under COVID-19, and analyzed it using the DEMATEL-ANP model, wherein the DEMATEL method was used to establish the comprehensive influence relationship among the indicators and draw the causal relationship diagram, and the ANP method was used to establish the comprehensive weights of indicators of different dimensions and screen out the key index factors. The research isolated the five key indicators of emergency logistics system evaluation, namely material raising capacity, rapid production of emergency response supplies, government coordination and control, green channel mechanism and human organization deployment.
