摘 要:为了推动水系磁处理技术的进步和推广应用,简要回顾了磁处理技术的发展历史,通过总结水、溶液以及矿浆在磁处理过程中表面张力、粘度、电导率、pH值、含氧量等性质的变化规律,分析了产生变化的原因及其对浮选过程的影响,阐述了磁处理技术的机理研究进展,介绍了磁处理技术在矿物加工中的应用情况,指出磁处理技术是一项绿色技术,具有提高有用矿物回收率、节约能耗、减少污染等特点,对保护环境、提高我国贫细杂矿石选矿技术水平、提高资源的利用率具有重大意义。但磁处理设备、工艺、理论研究等仍然不够完善,亟待进一步发展以加快其投产速度,创造更多的经济价值。In order to promote the progress and application of the magnetic treatment technology of water system,its development history is briefly reviewed in this papper.The variation law in the surface tension,viscosity,conductivity,pH value,oxygen content and other properties of water,solution and pulp in the process of magnetic treatment are summarized to analyze the causes of change and their influence on the flotation process.This paper expounds the research progress on the interaction mechanism of magnetic treatment technology and introduces its application in mineral processing.Magnetic treatment technology,served as a green technology,has the characteristics of improving the recovery of valuable minerals,saving energy consumption and reducing pollution.It is of great significance to protecting the environment,improving the beneficiation technology of complex ores in China and enlarging the utilization rate of resources.However,the equipment,technology and theoretical research of magnetic treatment technology are still not perfect,and it is urgent to further develop its production and create more economic value.
