摘 要:突尼斯加夫萨省磷矿洗矿厂为了改善选磷效果,浮选前用旋流器脱出了pH=7、干矿泥密度为2.86 g/cm^(3)、-23μm粒级产率为65.2%的难沉降超细矿泥。为解决该矿泥的高效沉降问题,进行了系统的浓密沉降试验。结果表明:①静态自然沉降试验表明,无论矿浆浓度高低,自然沉降速度均很慢;浓度越低,沉降速度越快;各浓度下的单位面积干矿处理量基本没有变化。②静态絮凝沉降试验表明,添加絮凝剂TNS后,沉降速度显著加快,且TNS用量越大沉降速度越快,相应的单位面积干矿处理能力上升;矿浆浓度越高絮凝沉降速度越慢,单位面积干矿处理量先升后降,适宜的矿浆浓度为5%。③动态絮凝沉降试验表明,随着矿浆给料速度的加快,动态絮凝沉降的底流浓度下降,溢流水浓度升高。为确保底流浓度大于25%,确定动态浓密试验装置适宜的给料速度为0.10 m^(3)/h。In order to improve phosphorus selection effect,the slime,which is ultrafine and difficultly to settle was produced by cyclone before flotation in Gafsa phosphate washing plant of Tunisia.The slime was described with pH of 7,dry density of 2.86 g/cm^(3)and yield of-23μm grain size of 65.2%.In order to solve the problem of high efficient settlement of the slime,a systematic dense settlement test was carried out.The results showed that:①The static natural settlement test showed that the natural settlement velocity is very slow regardless of the pulp concentration.The lower the concentration is,the faster the sedimentation rate is.The amount of dry ore treated per unit area at different concentrations is almost unchanged.②The static flocculation settlement test showed that the sedimentation rate is significantly accelerated with the addition of flocculant TNS,and sedimentation rate is faster with the increase of TNS dosage,and the dry ore treatment capacity per unit area increases correspondingly.The higher the pulp concentration is,the slower the sedimentation rate is,and the dry ore treatment capacity per unit area increases first and then decreases.The appropriate pulp concentration is 5%.③The dynamic flocculation settlement test showed that the concentration of underflow decreases and the concentration of overflow water increases with the increase of slurry feeding speed.In order to ensure that the underflow concentration is higher than 25%,the suitable feeding speed of dynamic thickening test device is determined to be 0.1 m^(3)/h.
