摘 要:为了获得特种石墨制品最优性能,试验研究了3种特种石墨生产工艺对产品热膨胀系数、电阻率、抗折强度和抗压强度等性能的影响,并确定了“一浸两焙石墨化”最优石墨化升温制度。结果表明,升温程序2、最高温度2810℃条件下,产品热学综合性能和机械综合性能达到最优;“一浸两焙二次石墨化”和“二浸三焙石墨化”工艺最终产品的密度、抗折强度、电阻率、热膨胀系数及各向同性等性能指标更大,即提高产品的机械综合性能,降低了热学综合性能。In order to obtain the optimal properties of special graphite products,the effects of three kinds of special graphite production processes on the thermal expansion coefficient,resistivity,flexural strength and compressive strength of the products were studied experimentally,and the optimal graphitization heating system of"one soaking,two baking and graphitization"was determined.The results showed that the thermal and mechanical properties of the product are the best under the condition of heating procedure 2 and the maximum temperature of 2810℃.The density,flexural strength,resistivity,thermal expansion coefficient and anisotropy of the final product of"one dip,two bake and two graphitization"and"two dip,three bake and graphitization"process are larger,that is,the mechanical properties of the product are improved,but the thermal properties are reduced.
