摘　　要：目的:构建颈髓损伤患者围手术期非人工气道管理护理质量评价指标。方法:采用约翰霍普金斯医院循证实践项目管理工具中的科研证据评价表和Cochrane Handbook质量评价标准对证据等级与质量进行评定,运用文献分析法对文献中的护理指标进行分析,将其归类后初步构建颈髓损伤患者围手术期非人工气道管理护理质量评价指标,运用Delphi法进行两轮专家函询,确定指标的关键内容和评估方法。结果:颈髓损伤患者围手术期非人工气道管理护理质量评价指标共16项。专家权威系数(Cr)大于0.8,各指标变异系数小于0.3,结果可信。结论:颈髓损伤患者围手术期非人工气道护理质量评价指标的构建有利于科学全面地评估脊柱专科颈髓损伤患者的护理质量,客观地反映脊柱外科护理内涵,提高护理质量,促进护理专业可持续发展和专科护理内涵建设。Objective To establish the evaluation index of nursing quality of perioperative non artificial airway management in patients with cervical spinal cord injury.Methods The grade and quality of evidence were evaluated by using the scientific research evidence evaluation form in the evidence-based practice project management tool of Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Cochrane Handbook quality evaluation standard.The nursing indicators in the literature were analyzed by using the literature analysis method.After classifying them,the nursing quality evaluation indicators of perioperative non artificial airway management for patients with cervical spinal cord injury were preliminarily constructed.Two rounds of expert correspondence were conducted by using Delphi method,Determine the key contents and evaluation methods of the indicators.Results There were 16 evaluation indexes of nursing quality of perioperative non artificial airway management in patients with cervical spinal cord injury.The expert authority coefficient(CR)is greater than 0.8,and the coefficient of variation of each index is less than 0.3,so the result is credible.Conclusion The construction of perioperative non artificial airway nursing quality evaluation index for patients with cervical spinal cord injury is conducive to scientifically and comprehensively evaluate the nursing quality of patients with spinal cord injury,objectively reflect the nursing connotation of spinal surgery,improve the nursing quality,and promote the sustainable development of nursing profession and the construction of specialized nursing connotation.
