电子内镜下内痔套扎与硬化治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：内痔治疗的主要目的是减轻或消除症状,以非外科手术治疗为主,包括改变饮食和生活方式、药物治疗、红外凝固、胶圈套扎和硬化剂注射等。内痔的电子内镜下套扎治疗(EBL)和电子内镜下硬化治疗(EIS)具有视野清楚、可以倒镜观察、操作灵活等优点,是高效、安全、舒适和便捷的内痔治疗方法,在国内的应用越来越广泛。本研究就内痔的EBL及EIS的研究进展进行综述。The main purpose of internal hemorrhoids treatment is to alleviate or eliminate symptoms,with non-surgical procedure being the main treatment,including changing diet and lifestyle,medication,infrared coagulation,rubber band ligation and sclerotherapy injection.As endoscopy technology moves forward,electronic endoscopic band ligation(EBL)and electronic endoscopic injection sclerotherapy(EIS)for internal hemorrhoids have advantages of clear vision,inverted mirror observation and flexible operation,which are efficient,safe,comfortable and convenient methods in treating internal hemorrhoids,with increasingly wide application in China.This paper summarizes the current situation and prospect of the two technologies.
