摘　　要：新工科建设是我国地方高校转型发展的重要途径并已上升到国家战略层面。地方高校新工科人才培养模式构建的关键是引入国际化工程教育认证标准中“以学生为中心,成果导向,持续改进”的人才培养理念,充分把握新工科教育及成果导向教育的内涵,借鉴国内外高校先进的工程人才培养经验,结合学校办学特色和优势提出新工科人才培养模式优化策略,构建适应区域经济发展的人才培养模式。The construction of new engineering is an important way for the transformation and development of local colleges and universities in China and has risen to the level of national strategy. The key to the construction of the training mode of new engineering talents in local colleges and universities is to introduce the talent training concept of “student-centered, outcome-based and continuous improvement” in international engineering education accreditation standards. It is necessary to fully grasp the connotation of new engineering education and outcome-based education, learn from the advanced engineering talent training experience of colleges and universities at home and abroad, and combine the characteristics and advantages of school to put forward the optimization strategy of the training mode of new engineering talents, and construct the talent training mode that adapts to regional economic development.
