摘　　要：为了向国家科技发展输送“高”“精”“尖”工程技术型优秀人才,以及全方位、立体化提高工程教育人才质量,我国教育部推出了卓越工程师培养计划。身为教育工作者应积极探究“卓越工程师”视角下高校思政工作开展的新手段和新途径,确保此计划的顺利实施和卓有成效。因此,应进一步分析“卓越工程师”视角下高校思政教育结构发生的变化,深入探究“卓越工程师”视角下高校思政工作开展的机遇与挑战,多角度研究思政工作开展的具体路径,以期为国家培养一批又一批优秀人才。In order to deliver “high”, “fine” and “top” engineering and technical talents to the development of national science and technology, as well as improve the quality of engineering education talents in an all-round and three-dimensional way, the Ministry of Education of China has launched an excellent engineer training plan. As educators, it is necessary to actively explore new means and ways to carry out ideological and political work in colleges and universities from the perspective of “excellent engineers”, in order to ensure the smooth implementation and effectiveness of this plan. In this regard, it is necessary to further analyze the changes in the structure of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of “excellent engineers”, deeply explore the opportunities and challenges of ideological and political work in colleges and universities from the perspective of “excellent engineers”, and study the specific path of ideological and political work from multiple perspectives, so as to cultivate groups of outstanding talents for the country.
