摘　　要：香稻因具有令人愉悦的香味、富含营养成分而价值倍增。近年来,随着人们对香稻米需求的增长,育成的香稻品种也逐渐增加。简述了中国香稻不育系选育与应用情况,分析了当前香稻不育系选育存在的问题,提出对育成的香稻不育系持续改造,才能选育出综合性状更好的香稻不育系;充分挖掘利用宝贵的香稻资源,加强香味物质遗传特性研究并继续开发生物技术辅助选育香稻不育系,可以有效提高香稻不育系育种效率;规范香稻品种命名可以促进中国香稻不育系育种和香稻产业健康发展。Aromatic rice has multipliable value with pleasant taste and rich nutrition,and its demand growth for people recently accelerated the breeding progress.The breeding and application status of aromatic rice sterile line in China were briefly introduced,the existing problems were analyzed,and some measurements for sustainable development of aromatic rice industry were pointed out:continuous improvement of existing sterile line to breed new rice variety with better comprehensive characters,full exploitation and utilization of aromatic rice germ plasm resources to research the genetic character of fragrance substances,and assisted selection by using biological technique to improve breeding efficiency,standardization designation of aromatic rice variety to promote healthy development of a romatic rice in China.
