摘  要:为了解地方主导的全球地方化机制和过程,文章构建了包括“目标-策略-过程-表征”的分析框架,并以四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州黑水县羊茸·哈德村为例对这一框架的有效性进行了验证。研究表明:(1)全球地方化并不是单一维度的过程和突破,背后存在复杂的综合的文化变迁机制;(2)全球地方化通过异质化、同质化和合法化3个平行的文化过程来实现,且这3个过程均通过文化接受度、社会-空间特征、社会仪式和群体惯习以及社会联系模式4种社会表征来体现;(3)地方主导的全球地方化能够更好地实现全球力量与地方传统之间的平衡,更容易被地方居民所接受。有鉴于此,文章建议在民族旅游开发中充分发挥地方在定义、选择和适应与全球化有关的文化、实践、制度和意义中的主动性,以便更好地协调现代商业文化与民族文化的关系,并合理地利用政府和企业等外部力量来推动旅游可持续发展,实现旅游开发与传统保护的平衡。In order to understand the mechanism and process of Locals-led Glocalization,this paper constructed an analysis framework including‘Goal-Strategy-Process-representation’,and discussed the framework with Yangrong·Hade as a xase in point..The results are:(1)glocalization is not a single dimensional process or breakthrough,but a complex and comprehensive cultural phenomenon;(2)glocalization is realized through three parallel cultural processes namely heterogeneity,homogeneity and legalization,and these three processes are reflected by four social representations that are cultural receptivity,socio-spatial characteristics,social rituals and collective habitus,and patterns of association;(3)locals-led glocalization can achieve a better balance between global power and local traditions,and the outcomes may be more acceptable. In view of this,it was suggested that the relationship between modern commercial culture and ethnic culture should be properly handled in ethnic tourism,and be given full play to local initiatives in defining,selecting and adapting cultures,practices,institutions and meanings associated with globalization,rational use of external forces such as government and enterprises to achieve tourism development goals,and a balance between tourism development and traditional protection as well.
