糖尿病足的外科综合治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探析糖尿病足患者采取外科综合治疗的效果。方法 选取福建省泉州市光前医院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的96例糖尿病足患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=48,常规对症治疗)、观察组(n=48,在常规对症治疗基础上,进行外科综合治疗),对比两组患者住院时间、创面愈合时间、疼痛评分、血流量、血流峰时速度、足背动脉管径以及治疗总有效率。结果 观察组的住院时间、创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血流量、血流峰时速度、足背动脉管径明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病足患者采取外科综合治疗进行干预能获得理想效果,可加快患者疾病康复速度,改善足部恢复情况,减轻疼痛,对改善患者预后有着积极作用。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive surgical treatment for diabetic foot patients.Methods A total of 96 diabetic foot patients admitted to Quanzhou Guangqian Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=48,conventional symptomatic treatment) and observation group(n=48,comprehensive surgical treatment on the basis of routine symptomatic treatment).Duration of hospital stay,wound healing time,pain score,blood flow,peak velocity of blood flow,diameter of dorsal foot artery and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and wound healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood flow,peak velocity and diameter of dorsal foot artery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive surgical treatment for patients with diabetes foot can achieve ideal results,accelerate the recovery of patients,improve the recovery of feet,reduce pain,and play a positive role in improving the prognosis of patients.
