摘  要:目的 分析糖尿病肾病患者护理过程中实施饮食营养指导对患者认知与营养的影响。方法 选择2019年3月—2021年3月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者80例作为研究对象。随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。入组患者均接受常规护理,观察组在此背景下接受饮食营养指导。评估两组患者对疾病认知度、饮食依从性及营养指标改善程度。结果 观察组疾病认知度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组按照计划控制饮食、按照标准安排饮食、定时定量饮食及估量食物能量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组白蛋白、前白蛋白与血红蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病肾病患者开展饮食营养指导,不仅能提升患者对疾病的认知及治疗依从程度,在一定程度上还可改善患者营养状态,这对延缓病情十分有益。Objective To analyze the influence of dietary nutrition guidance on patients’ cognition and nutrition in the nursing process of diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Randomizing groups the observation group and control group,each with 40 cases.The enrolled patients received routine nursing care,and the observation group received dietary nutrition guidance under this background.The improvement of disease cognition,compliance and nutritional indicators were evaluated in the two groups.Results The disease cognition score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of dietary compliance,the proportions of controlling diet according to plan,arranging diet according to standard,regular and quantitative diet and ability to measure food in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of albumin,prealbumin and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing dietary nutrition guidance for patients with diabetic nephropathy can not only improve the patients’ cognition of the disease and the degree of treatment compliance,but also improve the nutritional status of patients to a certain extent.This is very useful for delaying the disease.
