脑出血伴糖尿病患者行微创血肿清除术的护理方法及有效性评价

摘　　要：目的 探索脑出血伴糖尿病患者行微创血肿清除术的护理方法及有效性评价。方法 选择2019年1月—2021年6月日照市莒县人民医院收治的100例行微创血肿清除术的脑出血伴糖尿病患者为研究对象,以简单随机化法分为两组,各50例,对照组给予常规护理措施,研究组应用综合护理措施。比较两组血糖指标、神经功能损害评分、Barthel指数、日常生活自理能力评分及临床护理总满意度。结果 研究组护理后血糖指标及神经功能损害评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后Barthel指数、日常生活自理能力评分及临床护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑出血伴糖尿病患者在实施微创血肿清除术时联合实施综合护理措施,能够起到良好的护理干预作用,其有效性高。Objective To explore the nursing methods and effectiveness evaluation of minimally invasive hematoma evacuation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with diabetes who underwent minimally invasive hematoma removal admitted to the Rizhao Juxian People’s Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by simple randomization method,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,and the study group received comprehensive nursing measures.The blood glucose index,neurological impairment score,Barthel index,daily life self-care ability score and total satisfaction with clinical nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose index and neurological function damage score after nursing in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Barthel index,daily self-care ability score and total satisfaction with clinical nursing in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining comprehensive nursing measures with minimally invasive hematoma evacuation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes can play a good role in nursing intervention,and its effectiveness is high.
