摘　　要：目的 探讨日常生活护理对小儿糖尿病依从性、家长护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2020年3月—2021年3月大庆龙南医院收治的小儿糖尿病80例为研究对象,实施双色球法分组。红球是观察组,患儿40例,行日常生活护理;绿球是对照组,患儿40例,行常规护理。对比两组患儿空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、依从性评分、家长护理满意度。结果 护理后观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家长护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿糖尿病实施日常生活护理,可降低血糖水平,提升依从性和家长护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the influence of daily life care on infant diabetes compliance and satisfaction with parental care.Methods A total of 80 children with diabetes admitted to the Daqing Longnan Hospital from March2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and implementing the two-color ball method for grouping.The red ball was the observation group,with 40 children,performing daily nursing care.The green ball was the control group,with 40 children receiving routine care.The fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),compliance score,and parental nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups of children.Results After nursing,the FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Daily life nursing for children with diabetes can reduce blood glucose level,improve compliance and parents’ nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
