子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者围术期专科护理干预的运用价值评析

摘　　要：目的 讨论子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者围术期专科护理干预的运用价值。方法 现随机选取2019年8月—2020年9月就诊于费县人民医院的106例子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为两组,每组53例。对照组患者给予围术期常规护理,观察组患者则给予围术期专科护理干预。比较两组患者血糖水平、临床效果、并发症发生率、焦虑和抑郁评分。结果 术后观察组患者血糖水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床效果明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪评分均有所下降,且以观察组下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者围术期专科护理干预可有效改善患者术后机体恢复情况,改善术后血糖水平,且并发症发生率较低,利于患者的康复。Objective To discuss the application value of perioperative specialist nursing intervention in patients with uterine fibroids complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 106 patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes who were treated in Feixian People’s Hospital from August 2019 to September 2020 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number method,and each group included 53 cases.The patients in the control group were given perioperative routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group were given perioperative specialist nursing intervention,blood glucose levels,clinical effects,complication rates,anxiety and depression scores were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were decreased,and the decrease was more obvious in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative specialist nursing intervention for patients with uterine fibroids complicated with diabetes can effectively improve the postoperative recovery of patients and improve postoperative blood glucose levels.And the incidence of complications is low,which is beneficial to the recovery of patients.
