摘 要:硅橡胶复合绝缘子因其独特的憎水性而具备优异的电气和绝缘性能,在电力线路中被广泛使用。而绝缘子污闪事故的发生,严重时将威胁到电力系统的正常运行。绝缘子表面水滴形变是其发生污闪的一个主要阶段,为了更好地理解和分析闪络机理,本文设计了实验方法,对湿润污秽环境下硅橡胶复合绝缘子表面单个水珠的形变规律进行了研究。该实验结论对高压输电线路上硅橡胶复合绝缘子的改进和应用有一定的参考价值。Because of its excellent electrical and insulation performance caused by its unique hydrophobic,silicone rubber insulator has been widely used in electric power transmission lines.But once a pollution flashover occurs in power lines,it always threaten the normal operation of power system.While water droplet deformation is a major stage of insulator pollution flashover the deformation regularity of droplet on the insulator surface.This paper designed an experimental method,and studied on the deformation rules of a single water droplet on the surface of silicone rubber insulator in the humid and contaminative environment.The experimental results have certain reference function for the improvement and application of silicone rubber insulators used in high voltage transmission lines.
