摘 要:中国共产党历来重视宣传思想工作,成立之初就由专人负责宣传工作。党的宣传思想工作在百年的发展中历经了启蒙与去昧、灌输与教育、省思与引导、凝聚与激励四个发展阶段。党的宣传思想工作虽历经曲折,却成绩斐然,主要原因在于:一是始终坚持以党的指导思想为统领;二是紧紧围绕党的中心任务;三是坚持以人民为中心;四是重视宣传队伍建设。坚持党性和人民性相统一、坚持使命引领和问题导向相统一和坚持守正与创新相统一是新时期做好党的宣传思想工作的基石。The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the publicity and ideological work. At the beginning of its founding, a special person was appointed to be responsible for the publicity work. The Party’s publicity and ideological work has gone through such four stages of development in the past hundred years as enlightenment and elimination of ignorance, indoctrination and education, reflection and guidance, cohesion and encouragement. Although the Party’s publicity and ideological work has gone through twists and turns, it has made remarkable achievements. The main reasons are as follows: first, always adhering to the Party’s guiding ideology as the direction;second, closely centering on the Party’s central task;third, insisting on taking the people as the center;fourth,paying attention to the construction of publicity team. It is the cornerstone of the Party’s publicity and ideological work in the new era to adhere to the unity of the Party principle and the affinity to the people, the unity of mission guidance and problem orientation, and the unity of integrity and innovation.
