摘　　要：甲状腺功能亢进症疾病早期,相关的心血管症状大多不明显,但随着疾病发展到一定地步时,患者可出现较多并发症,其中甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病为最常见的并发症之一。甲亢性心脏病被误诊和漏诊的这一现象在临床中是十分常见的,若患者不能得到及时的诊断和治疗,将会对其造成极大影响。超声心动图是临床上最常见的心脏辅助检查之一,经过多年的发展,不断有各种各样的技术被开发出来,并运用日益成熟,使得甲亢性心脏病可以被快速并准确得诊断出来。因此,本文将就超声心动图在甲亢性心脏病中的临床应用及进展做一综述。In the early stage of hyperthyroidism,most of the related cardiovascular symptoms are not obvious,but as the disease progresses to a certain point,patients may experience more complications,among which hyperthyroidism heart disease is one of the most common complications.The phenomenon of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of hyperthyroid heart disease is very common in clinical practice.If patients cannot be diagnosed and treated in time,it will have a great impact on them.Echocardiography is one of the most common cardiac auxiliary examinations in clinical practice.After years of development,various technologies have been developed and used more and more maturely,so that hyperthyroid heart disease can be quickly and accurately diagnosed.Therefore,this article will review the clinical application and progress of echocardiography in hyperthyroid heart disease.
