夏枯草精准煮散饮片与普通饮片煎煮质量评价

摘　　要：目的:通过考查干膏收率、含量均一性、指纹图谱相似度等指标,分析夏枯草精准煮散饮片与普通饮片煎煮质量差异。方法:采用标准汤剂煎煮法,比较原饮片及不同规格煮散饮片的出膏率。建立HPLC指纹图谱,测定指标成分迷迭香酸的含量,同时标定指纹图谱共有峰,比较各样品共有峰相对峰面积及相似度评价。并通过迷迭香酸含量差异,对含量均一性进行比较。结果:夏枯草精准煮散饮片出膏率、迷迭香酸含量显著高于普通饮片出膏率;3批市售夏枯草饮片指标成分迷迭香酸含量均一性有明显的差异性,市售饮片RSD为28.17%,精准煮散饮片RSD为3.88%;夏枯草精准煮散饮片的指纹图谱相似度提高,标定共有峰4个,且峰面积均有提高。结论:夏枯草精准煮散饮片可提高原饮片的煎煮效率及均一性。Objective:To analyze the difference in decocting quality between precise powder decoction pieces and traditional commercial slices of Prunella vulgaris by examining the indexes of dry paste yield,content uniformity,and fingerprint similarity.Methods:The standard decoction method was used to compare the paste rate of original decoction slices and different specifications.HPLC fingerprint was established to determine the content of rosmarinic acid,calibrate the fingerprint peak,and compare the relative peak area and similarity evaluation of each sample.The difference in rosmarinic acid content and the comparison content were compared.Results:The extraction rate and the content of rosmarinic acid of the precise powder decoction pieces were significantly higher than those of traditional commercial slices.There were significant differences in the content uniformity of rosmarinic acid among the three batches of commercial ready-to-use pieces.The RSD of the traditional commercial slices was 28.17%,and the RSD of precise powder decoction pieces was 3.88%.The fingerprint similarity of the precise powder decoction pieces of Prunella vulgaris was improved.There were four peaks in the calibration,and the peak areas were all increased.Conclusion:The basic properties of precise powder decoction pieces of Prunella vulgaris have not changed,but precise powder decoction pieces can improve decoction efficiency and quality uniformity.
